These press in threaded inserts for sheet metal are designed be inserted into steel tubular legs and offer a deep setting that will stay securely in place, even with vigorous movement. Double star metals are commonly used with casters and are available in both round and square styles.

Our double star inserts offer flush fittings for a clean and simple finish and are manufactured from a strong steel that provides extra durability when properly installed. They can be used with 16 to 18 gauge tubing and are available with either a 5/16-18 or 3/8-16 thread.
