Flat Rail Kits

The barn door rail kits can be easily installed with any barn door and will add a rugged, rustic style to your home. These kits are suitable for doors up to 36” wide and 1-3/4” thick and feature a maximum door weight of up to 250lbs per two straps. We offer a few different styles of flat rail kits:

The flat rail kits included in our rolling barn door hardware line feature an aluminum track with POM thermoplastic wheels that offer smooth and quiet rollability for your barn doors. The kits are available in both Matte Black and Rust powder coated finishes as well. The flat rail kits include all of the necessary hardware needed for a smooth installation:
